When your colleague enrolls in any programme using your referral code, they receive up to ₹10,000 off the programme fee.
For every colleague you refer, you will receive a benefit of up to ₹10,000 off the programme fee.

Many participants have amplified the impact of their programme by taking it alongside colleagues. By taking the same programme, colleagues can build a shared vocabulary and have direct conversations about how the content applies to their roles. You can refer as many people as you like. Both you and your colleague will receive a fee benefit. You will receive the benefit for every colleague who joins and stays in the programme.
Who can refer?
Anyone can refer someone to a programme. There are many reasons why our participants choose to refer. Participants taking their first programme do so to learn together with someone. Participants who have completed a programme often refer their colleagues to share the impact of the programme.
What if I have already completed the programme? Can I still refer?
One of the most common moments when participants refer their colleagues is immediately after completing a programme. If you successfully refer someone after completing your programme, you will receive a credit that you can apply toward a future MICA programme.
What if I am not sure that I want to take the programme yet?
Many participants refer their colleagues to a programme before they have had the opportunity to take it. If you refer a colleague, but you have not yet signed up for the programme, you will receive a credit that you can apply toward a future MICA programme.
How to refer?
Select the programme to which you want to refer.
Enter your email and share the personalized link with your colleague either directly or via email.
Once they join and stay in the programme, you will receive the referral benefit.
How will I receive my benefit?
Your fee benefit will vary depending on when you refer and to which programme you refer.
If you have not yet signed up for a programme, once your colleague joins and stays in the programme, you will receive a credit that you can apply toward a future MICA programme.
If you refer a colleague to a programme for which you have already signed up, and your colleague joins the same cohort, you will receive a refund toward your course fee.
If you refer a colleague to an elective programme for which you have signed up, you will receive a credit that you can apply toward a future MICA programme.
If you have already completed a programme and you refer a colleague, you will receive a credit that you can apply toward a future MICA programme.
