CRAIG WORTMANN
Clinical Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Executive Director of the Kellogg Sales Institute, Kellogg School of Management
I am a clinical professor of innovation and entrepreneurship and the executive director of the Kellogg Sales Institute, Executive Education at Kellogg School of Management.
The Kellogg Sales Institute (KSI) helps a wide variety of professionals develop the skills and disciplines required to turn their desired futures into reality. The KSI teaches people to activate the habits of high-impact salespeople and turn their ideas into new futures for their organizations and customers.
In my teaching, I aim to create immersive experiences that help people become magnetic leaders who drive predictably consistent high growth, for themselves and their organizations.
I joined the faculty of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2008, where I designed, developed, and taught the award-winning program Entrepreneurial Selling, recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the "Top Ten" entrepreneurship programs in the United States. I also taught the core entrepreneurship program Building the New Venture, and I developed Chicago Booth's Building Leadership Capital program, a four-day, in-depth executive leadership program for senior executives.
I am the author of What's Your Story?, a book that examines how leaders and sales professionals use stories to connect, engage, and inspire. I am also a columnist for Inc. and contribute articles about sales and entrepreneurship.
